What services are included in each package?

Tier 1: Starter Business Package – $1,500 + $500/year subscription

  • 1-hour business concept consultation
  • Registration of LLC, including EIN acquisition
  • Year-round registered agent services for LLC maintenance
  • Basic website design including up to 5 pages and annual hosting, backup and maintenance
  • 3 hours of administrative support services

Tier 2: Growth Business Package – $4,500 + $800/year subscription

  • Everything in Tier 1, plus:
  • Google My Business setup
  • 3 professional email accounts with your domain (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.com)
  • Creation of a Revocable Living Trust, including 12 essential documents, and Powers of Attorney for medical and financial affairs
  • Consultation on integrating LLC into personal estate planning
  • Quarterly strategic business consultation sessions focusing on process improvement, goal-setting, financial statement analysis and business coaching
  • 5 hours of administrative support services

Tier 3: Established Business Package – $7,000 + $1,200/year subscription

  • Everything in Tiers 1 and 2, plus:
  • Advanced website design with e-commerce functionality and SEO optimization
  • Custom logo design and basic branding package (color scheme, typography, usage guidelines)
  • Social media setup and basic strategy planning
  • 10 hours of administrative support services
  • Half-day annual strategic planning workshop to align business goals with actionable plans

How do the hourly rates work?

Every established client is required to purchase at least 5 hours per month as incentive to invest in their business growth. We offer three tiers to meet every budget: 

Basic Tier: $60/hour for 5+ hours per month.

Standard Tier: $55/hour for 15+ hours per month.

Enterprise Tier: $45/hour for 30+ hours per month. These tiers allow for flexibility based on the amount of support you need each month.

Can I switch between hourly rate tiers if my needs change?

Yes, you can switch between hourly rate tiers based on your changing needs. If you find that you need more or fewer hours of support in a given month, simply let us know and we’ll adjust your billing accordingly.

What is the process for creating a logo or brand strategy?

Our process begins with an in-depth consultation to understand your business, goals and target market. Based on this information, we develop a brand strategy that includes market analysis and positioning. For logo design, we provide initial concepts and work with you through revisions until we achieve the final design that aligns with your brand vision.

What kind of support can I expect after the project is completed?

For the Basic Package, we offer limited email support for 30 days post-service. The Standard Package includes 1-hour monthly support calls for three months. The Premium Package provides weekly support calls and priority email support for six months. Additionally, our team is always available for ongoing support and consultation based on your chosen hourly rate tier.

How long does a typical branding project take to complete?

The timeline for a branding project varies based on the package and specific client needs. Generally, a Basic Package project can take 2-4 weeks, a Standard Package project 4-8 weeks and a Premium Package project 8-12 weeks. We will provide a detailed timeline during the initial consultation and keep you updated throughout the process.
